Refund policy

You may choose to cancel your membership as long as you notify us 5 days before your renewal date. Your renewal date is 30 days after your starting date.

Refunds
If you have circumstances in which you did not use more than 3 days of your membership and can show your betting history, we can refund your membership fee. Please remember that we have a full time team working hard on all fronts in order to deliver the best alpha possible to the Hammer fam. We reserve the right to refuse service to members who are abusing our policy or found to be reselling our intellectually property and content. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
